Please note: If you cannot make your appointment we ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice or a charge may be added to your next bill. Lateness of dropping of your dog may result in the full treatment not being carried out, full payment shall be required though.

If your dog is not collected at the specified time a fee of £5.00 per 15 minutes will be payable.

We only accept cash, there is a local co-op over the road which has a cash point within.
